1. Delivery Information
- This policy applies only to online orders placed through our website.
- We deliver throughout Ireland and selected EU countries.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
- Delivery fees and any handling charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
- Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days after the contract is concluded.
2. In-Store Pickup (Online Orders Only)
If you select Store Pickup at checkout, your online order can be collected at our store once you receive confirmation.
This collection option is for online orders only and follows the same online purchase conditions.
3. Right to Cancel (Online Purchases Only)
In accordance with Irish and EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your online purchase for any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a person acting on your behalf) receive the goods.
- To exercise this right, please email or call us with your order details.
- After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the product.
- This right applies only to online (distance) sales – not to in-store purchases.
4. Returns & Refunds (Online Orders)
- If you cancel within the 14-day period, we will refund within 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice.
- Unless otherwise stated, the customer covers the cost of return shipping.
- Refunds are processed using the same payment method as used for the purchase.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with tags attached.
5. Exclusions
- This policy does not apply to purchases made in our physical store.
- Customised or personalised products cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
6. Shipping Charges & Delivery Times
- Standard delivery within Ireland: €6 (2–4 business days).
- EU shipping: rates and delivery times vary and are displayed at checkout.
- If you require delivery by a specific date, please mention it when placing your order.
7. In-Store Purchases
Note: This policy does not apply to purchases made in our physical store.
In-store sales are subject to our separate shop policy, available upon request.
In-store purchases generally do not include refunds for “change of mind” unless offered voluntarily by management.
